After the design of FiberProbes® specific to your region of interest, QCA empowers you to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated all structural variations on multiple single DNA molecules :
• Confirm wanted editing events
• Detect unexpected events >2kb (such as deletions, insertions, inversions)
• Quantify off-target/on-target insertion
• Determine copy number variations
Resolution 2kb – 2Mb
Rare events visualization down to 0.25% frequency

Telomere study TeloSizer®

TeloSizer® assay is the novel tool for measurements of physical telomere length that can be applied to various model organisms.
 
After telomere probes hybridization, you will be able to determine :
• mean telomere length
• distribution of individual telomere length in a cell population
 
TeloSizer® enables the detection of telomeric sequences, distinguishing between TTS (True Telomeric Sequences) and ITS (Interstitial Telomeric Sequences).
