Instrumentation – Imaging and Analysis

Each CombiCoverslip contains thousands of combed and hybridized DNA molecules that are analyzed with epi-fluorescence microscope. To match our customers’ needs we have developed automated and manual protocols, systems and software.

Automated solutions

We have developed, with a third party, a fully automated scanning and image analysis system. It scan surfaces and concomitantly measures the length of the signals.

This automatic device will provide a valuable tool for the identification, recording, and statistical analysis of samples.

Manual solutions

We will provide our image analysis software in a stand alone solution (available in 2010).
